Only what you type into the form: name, company, email, phone, what you need and your notes. The server also records your IP address and the time of the submission, which is how we keep automated spam out.
To answer you and prepare a quote (art. 6.1.b GDPR, pre-contractual measures), and to keep a record of what the form receives (art. 6.1.f, legitimate interest in the security of the site). We do not sign you up to anything and we do not send advertising.
Twenty-four months from our last contact, then we delete it. If you become a client, the data falls under the retention periods required by tax law.
The company that hosts the site and the mailbox (Aruba S.p.A., servers in Italy). Nobody else. We do not sell your data and we do not transfer it outside the European Union.
This site sets no profiling cookies and runs no third party analytics. The typefaces are served from our own server, so nothing about your visit reaches Google.
You can ask at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to lorenzo@alturafilm.com. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
